Most of us are walking around with chains on. Like the famous character Scrooge, our chains can be added to us link-by-link. For author and coach, Bryan Falchuk, many of his chains started in coping with his parent's divorce where he used food as a way to cope. For several years he bounced back and forth in a struggle with obesity. Food was a reliable coping mechanism again and again, until Bryan found a way to break the chains.
